We Will Not Be Shaken

I don’t know what I was thinking, when I was thinking I would start posting here every single day, right in the middle of such uncertainty and change. I’ve still been writing something every day, I just haven’t been carrying it over here like I intended to. I’m addressing this here as a nudge to myself to get back on that goal :-)

Here is what I wrote this morning ❤

Cancer may have intruded into our life unannounced and unexpectedly,

and it may have brought changes we can’t ignore

but it does not have the power to change who we are

or to change

how we love.

Our history has tested us and we continue to prevail.

Our hearts are strong and our faith is stronger.

Our hope is steadfast and our love is absolute.

Our story is eternal

Our spirit is One

And as we walk through any storm

we might stumble

and we might struggle

but we

will not

be shaken.
