If you feel scared
If you feel worried
If you feel nervous
If you feel lonely
If you feel stressed
If you feel angry
If you feel sick
If you feel anxious
If you feel sad
If you feel depressed
If you feel defeated
If you’re struggling in a way that you don’t have the words for
If you need a friend
If you need encouragement
If you need someone
to believe in you.
Some people pray and some people don’t.
Some people pray in a certain way, others pray in a different way, and neither way is better than the other.
Some people don’t call it prayer but they send love and positive energy and healing thoughts and vibrations.
Some people meditate.
Some people pour their energy out in other ways such as Ho’oponopono which is an effective Hawaiian based forgiveness, healing, gratitude, and compassion practice.
For me, prayer covers all of the above. It’s not the semantics that lift us up and pave the way, it’s the love.
However you do it, I thank you.
